I have been practising Ashtanga for 25 years and teaching continuously for the last ten.
During these years I have met and taught many different people.
Beginners taking their very first steps into Ashtanga.
Long-time practitioners looking for a fresh pair of eyes.
People coming back after injury or a long break.
Students from all over the world passing through my Mysore room in Vienna.
Different ages. Different bodies. Different lives.
And that is probably what I enjoy most about teaching.
Meeting the person who is actually standing in front of me.
I can help you begin a practice, deepen the one you already have, find your way back after injury or change, or simply spend some time practising together.
I am happy to come for Mysore mornings, Led Primary, Active Series, individual work, workshops or a few days of practice with your community.
It doesn’t need to fit into a fixed format.
Tell me about your students, your space and what you have in mind.
And we can create something that makes sense for you.
I can teach in German, English and Spanish.
If you would like to have me in your room, I would love to hear from you.
