I teach Ashtanga Yoga in the way I have learned it myself: through practice, repetition, attention and relationship.

I teach alone.

That matters to me.

There is no changing team of teachers, no different approach depending on the day, and no need to explain your practice again and again. If you practise with me, I get to know how you move, where you rush, where you hesitate, what changes, what repeats, and what you need over time.

Three mornings a week, we practise Mysore style before the day begins.

You arrive quietly, begin your practice, and move through it at your own pace. I teach each person individually within the room. If you are completely new, you do not need to know anything beforehand. You learn gradually, posture by posture, breath by breath.

Twice a week I also teach a guided Active Series of Ashtanga Yoga. Here we practise together, with clear guidance and rhythm. It can be a good way to begin, to reconnect with the method, or simply to practise when mornings are not possible.

And several times during the year, I offer Saturday morning introductory workshops for those who want a little more time to understand how this practice is learned before stepping into regular practice.

You may be new to Ashtanga.

You may have practised for many years.

You may be returning after an injury, a break, a difficult period in life, or simply be visiting Vienna and looking for a Mysore room.

I am not interested in how advanced your practice looks.

I am interested in whether you are willing to learn.

Whether you can be curious.

Whether you are prepared to stay with something long enough for it to begin to teach you.

If that speaks to you, just write to me.

Tell me a little about yourself, your practice, and what brings you here.

We can take it from there.
